Sushi Koo (formerly Sushi Mac) is fast food sushi.
Come in, plop down at the sushi bar and order a few small plates at $3.50 each and be full and gone in 30 minutes.
There is certainly a place and time for this type of sushi and it’s probably a random week night when you don’t feel like drinking or pulling an all-nighter.
Just catching up with friends, swapping tales of woe and jet off before you depress the hell out of each other.
I liked everything you see pictured here except one thing. I would recommend you avoid the Dynamite Mac Roll unless you enjoy a thick slab of baked mayo on your sushi roll.
Supposedly, the Spicy Dynamite roll is better but I wouldn’t take my chances.
Fool me once, shame on mayo.
