I do know I began to panic when the Scientist said not to eat the ‘skin’.

“Why not??” (and thinking “Is that skin??”)

“I don’t know. But you should probably spit it out.”

When we asked the waitress if other diners consume the skin, she replied “Uh..some people eat it”
